Safety and Security Measures

1. Basic Policy

We comply with laws and regulations by conforming to safety management regulations and other guidelines approved by the Transport Bureau and operate with safety as the top priority by keeping in mind the "Safety Policy" and the "Five Pledges of the Crew.”
Should an accident that may endanger passengers occur, the crew will ensure safety above all else. They will immediately explain how to wear a lifejacket directly to the passengers, help them wear it, and provide any other assistance required by following the instructions of the captain.
